TERMS & CONDITIONS:

* Hard tips are allowed to dry for 24 hours, after fitting. Ash Cues are not used for breaking when fitted with ferrules smaller than 8.5mm. Cues can be susceptible to warping with a thinner shaft and while Custom Cues will use every bit of expertise to prevent this from happening, cannot be held responsible in the rare case that this does happen. Any repair/modification, that is not listed under the Price-list page, will not be covered by any guarantee whatsoever and will be done solely at the risk of the owner. Tip sizes and weights stamps are just a representation and should be confirmed by the purchaser for accuracy prior to purchase. Cues remain the property of Custom Cues until fully paid for, and if not collected within 30 days of completion will be sold to defray expenses. Cues entrusted to Custom Cues for repairs are done so at the risk of the owner and Custom Cues cannot be held liable for any damage/loss arising from fire, theft or any other cause whatsoever, unless there was negligence on the part of Custom Cues. Shaft flexibility is determined on current thickness of cue and will change if thinned by order of customer. It is solely the responsibility of the purchaser to request for shipping/courier insurance on any posted items and is the full and complete responsibility of the purchaser, once dispatched by Custom Cues. Any and all Laser-Engraving is done solely at the risk of the purchaser and Custom Cues will not be held liable for any job that has gone wrong for any given reason.
** U.K Imported Cues and Antique S.A Cues are returned in the exact same condition that they were received in at the buyers costs. The customer accepts complete responsibility and risk on any changes made to purchased cue and there will be no refunds/returns on any cues after being altered for customers purposes. Free shipping method will be at the discretion of Custom Cues and only applies within the Republic of South Africa. International shipping will be for the purchasers account.
